Refund Policy

At Shanasai, every product is created with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. As a policy, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

However, if your parcel arrives damaged, we will happily arrange a replacement or provide a refund upon verification. To be eligible, please contact us at infoshanasai@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Please note:

  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, wrong sizing, or delays in delivery.

  • Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, for eligibility in any damage-related claim.
